This Saturday, December 7, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM, we’re hosting the annual “Holidays For Heroes” Christmas Tree Drive at:
241 Lake Ella Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32303
Veterans who cannot afford to purchase a tree:
There will be nearly forty trees, ranging from as small as 5 feet up as large as 7 feet, which are for Veterans in our community who would not normally be able to purchase a live tree, with lights and a stand provided. You must have proof of service in order to get a tree, lights, and or stand.
Veterans with proof of service can pick up a Christmas tree at no cost as a token of gratitude for their service.
How to Reserve a Tree 🎄
To reserve a tree in advance, please email a copy of your Veteran’s proof of service to hq@commanderscoalition.org and specify if you’d prefer a small or medium tree.
Proof of service may include:
Military ID
VA ID card
DD214
Veteran license plate
VSO member card, etc.
Trees will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out. All images submitted for validation will be permanently deleted from our system after the event.
